Terms of Service

1. Scope
These terms apply to the website ai-inside.app and to the software tools described on it, in particular the "gog" Google Workspace command-line client, operated by Michael Mattern, Ladenburg, Germany.
2. Private, non-commercial use
The tools are personal software used by the operator for his own Google account. They are not offered as a product or service to the public, no accounts are created for third parties, and no fees are charged. Anyone who nevertheless runs the software does so on their own responsibility and under the licence of the respective open-source project.
3. Google services
Use of Google APIs is subject to Google's Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy. The operator does not act on behalf of Google and makes no representations about the availability of Google services.
4. No warranty, limitation of liability
The website and tools are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is liable only for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health; liability under mandatory statutory provisions remains unaffected.
5. Governing law
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is the operator's domicile.
